I am the founder and Chief Content Officer of Health Bytes, a human-centered design studio and strategic healthcare marketing agency focused on the art and science of developing actionable health communication products for a consumer audience. I oversee all content initiatives, across multiple platforms and formats to drive sales, engagement, retention, and positive patient- consumer behaviour for our clients. I'm passionate about bridging the gap between complex medical information and public understanding as a health literacy champion and medical content specialist.
