Trevin Bernarding is Manager, eBusiness Systems for BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee.

Katrina Griffin manages the eBusiness initiatives for Methodist Medical Center of Illinois. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Public Relations and Marketing from Bradley University in Peoria, IL. She is currently pursuing a MBA degree with emphasis in eBusiness and Information Technology. She began her career in web development eight years ago at the University of Illinois. Later she developed public health web sites for the State of California and ran a small web shop and independent film company. In addition, Katrina is an active member of her community through organizations such as the Junior League of Peoria, Young Professionals Organization, Peoria Impact, Peoria Art Guild, and the Catholic Diocese of Peoria. She enjoys networking, learning new things, helping people, and enjoying life with friends and family.

Heather C. Guidone is a professional writer with a primary interest in women's and reproductive health concerns, serving the clinical and consumer health industries for over fifteen years. She is also the Program Director for the internationally acclaimed Center for Endometriosis Care, a prestigious specialty treatment center based in Atlanta, GA that serves patients from around the world.

She is also a member of the Executive Board of Directors of the Endometriosis Research Center, an international 501(c)3 non-profit foundation. Heather also serves as a professional consultant to, and has worked on behalf of, many of the world's leading biotech, clinical research and health care marketing firms, developing original content on a myriad of topics ranging from CME and health practitioner education materials, speaker content, marketing materials, newsletters, website content, substantive edits, slides and graphics, proof of concept efforts, book reviews and critiques, sales sheets, press releases, branding development, monographs, white papers, training materials, investigational case studies and more. She holds dual certifications in medical technologies and health education and is a member of the American Medical Writer's Association, the American Society for Reproductive Medicine, the international PAX Society, the World Endometriosis Society and the World Endometriosis Research Foundation. She has been included in the 20th edition of "Who's Who Among American Women" and is a former member of OBGYN.net's Women & Patients Advisory Board, as well as the previous Managing Editor of OBGYN.net's EndoZONE and Endometriosis Pavilion portals.

Desiree Hayes is Executive Director of Eastside Community Practice in Gainesville, FL. Desiree has a Master of Public Health with a concentration in Community Health.

Elliot Lopez is a veteran in technology and business consulting. He has broad and extensive experience in helping companies to select, integrate, and manage targeted business, marketing and communications solutions. In 2001 Elliot founded ACTIONREACTION, a leading provider of strategic consulting services for businesses of all sizes. Prior to 2001, he served in executive technology positions for innovative and successful companies in several industries.

As Director of Technology and Interactive Services at a large communications consultancy serving Biotech, Pharmaceutical, and healthcare businesses, Elliot established and lead a business unit that successfully developed
world class interactive marketing solutions, increasing the value, impact,
and breadth of strategic communications initiatives.

Elliot's success in maximizing operational efficiency and market visibility has been published frequently in syndication, and in journals including Interactive Public Relations, Media Relations Report, and Web Content Report. His contributions have been recognized by the Industrial Designers Society of America and BusinessWeek magazine, as well as in the annual OneShow Interactive competition.

Lisa Maurer is the coordinator of The Center for LGBT Education, Outreach, and Services, and a Lecturer in the Sociology department, at Ithaca
College. She designed a nationally recognized tobacco cessation / prevention program geared to sexual minority college students, as well as several award winning websites. She also serves as a consultant on a variety of themes, including disability issues, global health issues, and diversity and multiculturalism. In addition, she has
taught college courses on issues of health at the graduate and undergraduate levels of several institutions. Before working in higher education, she had numerous years of experience in health-related fields in a variety of settings including working with young people and families, with individuals with disabilities, and with communities of faith.

Robert Moore is the former Executive Director, State & Federal Accounts for Group Health Cooperative in Seattle, Washington. His background includes print journalism, critical care and research nursing, and health planning and policy. Mr. Moore is currently retired.

M. Katherine Reller is the CEO of Reller Consulting, a clinical and process excellence consulting firm in Rochester, Minnesota. Katherine holds a bachelors degree from Winona State University in Nursing, and a Masters degree in Nursing Administration. Katherine is a senior member of the Baldrige National Quality Program Board of Examiners and has served from 2003 to 2008. In addition, Katherine is active on the Board of Evaluators in the Minnesota State Quality Award. As a nurse, trained facilitator, and quality expert Katherine is also active with the American Society for Quality as a Senior Member, and holds a certificate from ASQ as a Certified Manager of Quality and Organizational Excellence CMQ/OE. Katherine is also Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) the highest accredited certification in quality for healthcare professionals.

Ron Wozny is Director of Marketing Programs for T-System in Dallas, the nation’s largest provider of emergency department (ED) clinical documentation solutions. Previously, he was Director of Product Strategies and Marketing at Healthvision, managing the overall content, design and daily publication of the consumer health information product, development of health information goals and strategies, and privacy and editorial quality initiatives. He also served for more than five years at VHA Inc., a nationwide network of not-for-profit hospitals. Under his leadership as Director, Consumer Web Strategies for the LaurusHealth program, VHA was among the first 13 organizations to earn the URAC Health Web Site Accreditation in December 2001. Wozny holds a Bachelor of Journalism degree from the University of Nebraska at Lincoln, and an MBA in marketing with honors from Regis University in Denver.
