Trevin Bernarding is Manager, eBusiness Systems for BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee.

Karen Carr is VP, Strategy, Pharmaceutical Practice Leader for imc2.

Liz Conway serves as Marketing Director for Supportive Oncology Services (SOS) and its affiliated company Accelerated Community Oncology Research Network (ACORN). Both firms seek to provide actionable information to improve the quality of care and health outcomes of cancer patients, while improving the efficiency and productivity of cancer clinics. Later this year, Liz and her team will launch a major online presence for oncology patients and their caregivers that utilizes resources initially developed for the Cancer Support Network which reaches over ½ million cancer patients annually in physician offices. Liz formerly served as Marketing Services Director for CancerConsultants.com, a web-based information company that developed websites and resources for cancer patients and oncology practices. Since 1999, websites developed by Liz and her teams have consistently won top awards of excellence. Liz has previously judged the World Wide Health Awards as well as other competitions.

Heather C. Guidone is a professional writer with a primary interest in
women's and reproductive health concerns, serving the clinical and consumer health industries for over fifteen years. She is also the Program Director for the internationally acclaimed Center for Endometriosis Care, a
prestigious specialty treatment center based in Atlanta, GA that serves
patients from around the world.

She is also a member of the Executive Board of Directors of the
Endometriosis Research Center, an international 501(c)3 non-profit
foundation. Heather also serves as a professional consultant to, and has
worked on behalf of, many of the world's leading biotech, clinical research
and health care marketing firms, developing original content on a myriad of topics ranging from CME and health practitioner education materials, speaker
content, marketing materials, newsletters, website content, substantive edits, slides and graphics, proof of concept efforts, book reviews and critiques, sales sheets, press releases, branding development, monographs, white papers, training materials, investigational case studies and more. She holds dual certifications in medical technologies and health education and is a member of the American Medical Writer's Association, the American Society for Reproductive Medicine, the international PAX Society, the World Endometriosis Society and the World Endometriosis Research Foundation. She has been included in the 20th edition of "Who's Who Among American Women" and is a former member of OBGYN.net's Women & Patients Advisory Board, as well as the previous Managing Editor of OBGYN.net's EndoZONE and Endometriosis Pavilion portals.

Theresa Harrison, RN, CPHQ, has been a Registered Nurse for over 13 years with clinical experience in emergency, home health, hospice, and managed care. She currently coordinates the quality activities of a Medicare managed care organization. She holds a Certification as a Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) granted by the Healthcare Quality Certification Board. She is active with the Gulf Coast Association for Healthcare Quality (GCAHQ), an organization devoted to educating and enhancing healthcare professionals' capacity to measure and improve quality in healthcare services. GCAHQ's purpose is to develop and sustain quality improvement professionals in all venues of healthcare and wellness activities. She also volunteers in community activities such as a smoking cessation facilitator for the American Cancer Society and hospice volunteer. This is her 3rd year judging health care sites.

Jason Hoolsema is Systems Analyst for American Academy of Otolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery.

Debbie Hunter-Snow is Director of Marketing Communications for the UAB Health System and has a career in Health Care Marketing that spans more than 15 years. She manages all the advertising, international and internet marketing for the System. She has authored numerous articles in the internet and health care marketing and serves on several advisory boards focusing on the future of web development.

Greg Klitz is Manager, Web Development of Loyola University Health Systems. In this position he is responsible for designing and maintaining the Web sites for the Loyola University Health System (LUHS), the LUHS Intranet, the Stritch School of Medicine (SSOM), and the Loyola University Medical Education Network (LUMEN). These responsibilities extended to cover the design and maintenance of any other hospitals or institutions that become a part of the Loyola University Health System in the future. In addition he supports and coordinates the efforts of webmasters at the department, division, institute and student organization levels. Mr. Klitz joined Loyola University Medical Center in 1995, as a medical illustrator of Media Design & Development. He joined the department of Medical Center Information Systems in 1997 as a Programmer Analyst. Mr. Klitz received a Masters in Associated Medical Sciences from the University of Illinois at Chicago and a B.F.A from the University of Illinois at Urbana. He has received several awards in web site design.

Rich Lange is Director, Web Experience at Priority Health.

Lisa Maurer is the coordinator of The Center for LGBT Education, Outreach,
and Services, and a Lecturer in the Sociology department, at Ithaca
College. She designed a nationally recognized tobacco cessation / prevention program geared to sexual minority college students, as well as several award winning websites. She also serves as a consultant on a variety of themes, including disability issues, global
health issues, and diversity and multiculturalism. In addition, she has
taught college courses on issues of health at the graduate and
undergraduate levels of several institutions. Before working in higher
education, she had numerous years of experience in health-related fields
in a variety of settings including working with young people and families, with individuals with disabilities, and with communities of faith.

Dave Messer is President and Founder of Net Services by Design, an Alaska native owned corporation. "Design. Build.
Attract." is their mission motto for building your Internet presence through
technology, innovation, and imagination. His corporation is developer and
owner of the EZSiteTool - an easy to use Website development and marketing tool for business owners who either want to create or enhance their online branding.

For over sixteen years, Dave held senior IT and management positions at
Inter@ctive Week's 500, Fortune 500 and Global 500 companies. He led e-CRM
and IT design programs for B2C and B2B relationships with financial industry
giants and served a key role in the launch and management of a leading
animal health services portal across all seven AOL properties. Mr. Messer
was inducted into the 2003 International WHO's WHO of Entrepreneurs and
currently manages both patient and physician Web portals for a leading food
allergy testing laboratory.

Robert Moore is Executive Director, State & Federal Accounts for Group
Health Cooperative in Seattle, Washington, and handles sales and
strategic planning for state and federal employee accounts. His background includes print journalism, critical care and research nursing, and health planning and policy. He keeps an eye on
communication trends in the postmodern, post-literate world—and believes that successful organizations will increasingly be driven by communication that slices through layers of cultural boredom and
bureaucracy.

Joyce Morris is the Disparity and Assessment Coordinator in the Tobacco Use Prevention Service at the Oklahoma State Department of Health. Her 30 years of public health experience include a wide range of organizations and locations from a tribal health organization in bush Alaska to a community health center in inner-city Mobile, Alabama. She was a public health faculty member at 3 universities teaching in both health education/behavior and health administration. Dr. Morris was the founding chair of the Society for Public Health Education electronic communications committee which oversaw the development of the Society's first website.

R. Terry Russell, Ph.D. is currently a Professor in the Graduate Program in Health Services Administration, University of St. Francis, Joliet, IL. His Ph.D. degree is from The Ohio State University (Education - Foundations/Adult Education), and MHA degree from the University of Alabama in Birmingham. Mr. Russell has held administrative positions in acute care hospitals, health care systems, and in long-term care facilities/continuing care retirement communities.

Brian Tencza is a Team Lead for the Environmental Medicine Educational
Services Branch in the Division of Toxicology and Environmental Medicine
in the Agency for Toxic Substances and Disease Registry (ATSDR) in Atlanta, Georgia. Brian's team develops educational materials for clinicians and communication materials for the general public regarding environmental health. At ATSDR Brian leads projects including
videotaped instruction, satellite instruction, web-based training (WBT),
on-line testing, and interactive software tutorials. Before his work at ATSDR Brian worked at the CDC developing projects such as a web site dedicated to teaching future public health practitioners the basics of sexually transmitted diseases and a series of three broadcasts dealing
with SARS. Brian brings to the CDC 20 years of experience as a manager
and instructional designer in industries ranging from social services to nuclear energy.

Ron Wozny is Dallas-based healthcare marketing and communications consultant with more than 15 years experience in marketing, communications, and public relations. Additionally, he has more than nine years experience in healthcare marketing, Web strategy and consumer health information.

Previously, Mr. Wozny was Director, Product Strategies & Marketing at Healthvision, managing the overall content, design and strategy of the consumer health information product, privacy and editorial quality initiatives, as well as the company's marketing communications program design. Mr. Wozny also served for more than 5 years at VHA Inc., a nationwide network of community-owned health care systems. Under his leadership as Director, Consumer Web Strategies, VHA was among the first 13 organizations to earn URAC's Health Web Site Accreditation in December 2001.

Mr. Wozny earned a bachelor of journalism degree from the University of Nebraska at Lincoln. He is currently a graduate student at Regis University in Denver, working on a master's degree in marketing.
