needed, please provide a temporary password for judging. Password
must be active during the judging period 4/20/2009 - 6/1/2009.
Entry
Fee: $54.00 per entry. If you wish to enter your site into any
of our special awards categories, there will be an additional $10.00
charge for each catagory.
Payment
Methods: VISA, MasterCard, and checks are accepted. Make checks
payable to the Health Information Resource Center or HIRC. (Fed.
